Using the service

We use the information you provide, such as your name, email, account details and saved work, to deliver the service. Account creation, payments, support and security records help us operate and protect it. Service providers process information needed for functions such as hosting, sign-in, email and payments.

Website analytics

We measure page visits, content interactions and campaign links to understand what brings people to the product and improve the site. When analytics is on, a first-party browser identifier can connect those visits to your account when you sign up or sign in, including subsequent product milestones such as a payment.

Analytics is on by default for visitors identified as being in the United States. Elsewhere, or when we cannot determine the country, it stays off until you enable it. A previous decline or a Global Privacy Control signal keeps it off. This measurement does not add advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, or subscribe you to marketing messages.

Storage and retention

Analytics identifiers and unlinked journey evidence last up to 30 days. A pending content-to-signup link stays in this browser for up to seven days. Linked journey evidence and measurement reports are retained for up to 25 months. We remember a decline for up to one year; clearing browser storage also clears that choice.

Your choices

Turn website analytics off at any time using Privacy choices below or in the footer. This stops new optional measurement in this browser and clears pending browser attribution. Sign-in, saved work, payments and essential security still work. Marketing preferences are separate.
